When you access the MoneyHelp website, you are not required to log in to access the information, and visitor details are not recorded.

If you contact a MoneyHelp phone financial counsellor, your name and details of your situation will be recorded on an internal data base with Consumer Action Law Centre. Your details will not be made available to any other body or organisation unless your provide your consent.

All phone conversations with MoneyHelp financial counsellors are completely confidential.
