What if I don’t live in Victoria and need a financial counsellor?
MoneyHelp is an initiative, established to assist Victorians during the current economic downturn. If you live outside Victoria, you should contact the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC) to ask about a financial counselling service in your area. ASIC’s consumer website MoneySmart (uwww.moneysmart.gov.au) has a list of all financial counselling services in Australia on its website.
