Who is able to use MoneyHelp?

MoneyHelp is designed to assist the following:

  1. Victorians experiencing difficulty paying their rent or mortgage (regardless of their employment status), or facing job loss or a reduction of working hours. 

  2. Organisations and services that work with Victorians facing job loss or reduced income: that is, financial counsellors, emergency relief organisations, industry bodies and Consumer Affairs Victoria call centre staff.

  3. Organisations and businesses that may be considering reducing workers’ hours or are about to retrench workers. These organisations may wish to provide support, information and possibly access the services of the MoneyHelp’s Industry Liaison Officer.
